Characteristics of Cornicabra Oil
It is one of the varieties with the highest level of polyphelones (antioxidants) and with the highest percentage of oleic acid (almost 80%), which makes it the healthiest oils in the world.
As for its flavor, this oil is fresh and fruity, with green tones reminiscent of tomato plants, green leaves and almonds.
It is an intense oil, exceptional for dressing salads and enhancing the flavor of fish.
